Self-employed? The documents lenders ask for first

No payslips does not mean no loan. It means a different set of papers, and knowing which ones saves weeks.

  1. 1Your ABN and GST registration datesMany lenders set a minimum ABN age, and some also check how long you have been registered for GST.
  2. 2Your last two tax returns, if you have themFull doc lenders usually want these. If you do not have two years yet, low doc options may accept other evidence.
